In fact, desserts from Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Cuba all bring their own special aesthetic to the genre. Explore the many appealing desserts of the islands in my Caribbean Dessert Guide. BUT, before having dessert, you must eat a solid meal first…right? If you haven’t already, check out my Caribbean Food Guide: Specialty Dishes by Island and then, delve into these tasty postres while traveling. ¡Buen provecho!
