A lifelong lover of cooking and food, Chef Erika has been dedicated to culinary pursuits for over 6 years. After graduating in Culinary Arts from Instituto de Banca y Comercio, she gained knowledge at the Conquistador Hotel.
Branching out into media and marketing, her varied experiences in foodservice, TV production, and marketing were earned as associate producer and producer, on-air talent, brand ambassador, event and field marketing manager. Through her company, Visionary Woman, Solorzano strives for excellence in providing unique private chef services, and consulting for brands and restaurants.
A public speaker in Puerto Rico and abroad, she offers lectures to institutions and non-profits. She has served as culinary judge in competitions, and cooking shows such as: El Gran Chef Goya in Point2 Telemundo, Viva La Tarde, and Four One Dish Chef.
