#Gratitude Local Non-Profits Fighting AIDS in Chicago

With World Aids Day around the corner (December 1st), we thought we would point you to some local non-profits dedicated to representing the population of the world that has been exposed to HIV in the Chicago area.



The Aids Foundation of Chicago: The AFC strives to mobilize communities in the Chicago area to create “equity and justice for people living with and vulnerable to HIV and related chronic diseases.” They’re an organization that rests on a code of integrity, and they seek to both stop the spread of HIV/AIDs and to provide care and support for those who are affected by the epidemic.
