Healthier Bread Pudding
- 1 ¾ cups hazelnut flour
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter, melted plus half a tablespoon for greasing
