Easy Horchata Spiked Cocktail
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 ounce Spanish sherry
- 4 ounces horchata
- Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously and strain over ice into rocks glass.
- Shave cinnamon stick or roasted coconut.
Horchata is a versatile beverage and you can add different ingredients to it to change the taste – for example, you can add shredded coconut or almonds. You can also use different varieties of milk such as almond, soy, or coconut milk if you are not able to drink cow’s milk.
