Easy Ways to Make Seasoned Butter at Home – Lamb Shank Recipe

Garam Masala Lamb Shanks


  • 4 lamb shanks
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ yellow onion
  • ¼ cup tomato paste
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 2 cups chicken stock to cover
  • peas defrosted
  • 5 bunches cilantro


  1. Place all ingredients in pan and cover tightly.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours.
  3. Remove lamb from pan and place liquid on stove to reduce for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve it on Pea Polenta.
