Garam Masala Lamb Shanks
- 4 lamb shanks
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ yellow onion
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- 1 cup polenta
- 2 cups chicken stock to cover
- peas defrosted
- 5 bunches cilantro
- Place all ingredients in pan and cover tightly.
- Bake 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours.
- Remove lamb from pan and place liquid on stove to reduce for 20 minutes.
- Serve it on Pea Polenta.
