One Beauty Blogger’s Favorite Products for a Home Pamper Session

At the end of a long week, taking the time to run a bath, pour yourself a glass of wine (or vodka—no judgement here) and indulging in an at-home pamper session is the perfect way to unwind. It’s easy to neglect taking care of ourselves not only physically but mentally. I’ve curated a list of my favorite products for when, instead of gearing up for a night on the town, I’m looking to relax and give back to myself.

Body

Bioactive Berry White Peat Exfoliant – Red Flower

My favorite all-natural exfoliant. This product helps restore and draw out toxins. It’s gentle, moisturizing, and great for all skin types.

supple skin oil

L’Occitane Almond Supple Skin Oil

This body oil is nourishing without being too heavy. It sinks into the skin and leaves it feeling just as the name suggests, supple.

polish

Face

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish

This hot cloth cleanser is the ultimate pamper product. I massage this into my face, which helps promote circulation, and then wipe clean with a muslin cloth. My skin feels smooth and plump after using this cleanser/ polish hybrid. There’s a reason this product has a major cult following.

tonymoly

Tony Moly “I’m Real” Sheet Masks

These face masks are inexpensive and effective. You can buy a pack of 11 on Amazon and receive an assortment.  My mask of choice for a pamper session is the avocado version—it nourishes and is the perfect drink when my skin is dehydrated.

genes good

Sunday Riley Good Genes and Luna Oil

All hail Sunday Riley! A lactic acid treatment, Good Genes helps brighten dull complexions while helping fight signs of aging. Paraben, sulfate and cruelty free, it has helped reduce my hyperpigmentation. The Luna, a retinoid oil, helps my skin from looking tired and has helped dramatically minimize my pores.

sex bomb

Bath

Lush Bath Bombs

I always opt for a bath when I’m looking for total relaxation. Bath bombs are the perfect way to infuse your bath with essential oils, bubbles, and aromatherapy. My favorites are the yoga and sex bombs.

candleCandles

Diptyque “Eucalyptus”

This candle is soothing and comformating; it will leave your space smelling spa-like.

hair

Hair

Philip Kinglsey Elasticizer

The perfect pre-wash conditioning treatment. This products helps repair over processed, damaged hair without weighing it down. I use this product once a week and notice my hair gets stronger after each use. Do you bleach your hair? This is a life saver!
