The Pineapple Renegade Cocktail with Beach Whiskey
- 2 oz Bonfire Cinnamon Beach Whiskey
- 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Combine Bonfire Cinnamon Beach Whiskey, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup and Angostura Bitters in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice.
- Glass- Collins
- Garnish- Cinnamon stick, orange slice & lime zest
We love the laid-back, beach style from Beach Whiskey it reflects the beach culture and styles from both the East and West Coasts. We tried both flavors from Beach Whiskey: the Island Coconut and the Bonfire Cinnamon. But the remarkable thing is they are both great just simply on the rocks, just how Chef Susie likes it!
