Salmon and Garbanzo Bean Tosta
- 2 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 slice multigrain bakery bread
- ½ cup garbanzo beans (from a can)
- 2 tablespoons full-fat Greek yogurt
- lemon juice to taste
- ground red pepper flakes to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- dried oregano to taste
- salt to taste
- In a small bowl, mash together rinsed garbanzo beans, yogurt, lemon juice, black pepper, red pepper, oregano, and salt.
- Toast bread. Spread with garbanzo bean mixture and top with smoked salmon.
