Theme of the Week: 4 of Pentacles
You’re holding tightly onto something that you believe serves to keep you centered or on track. As far as logic goes, as long as intentions are pure, there is no harm done. If you’re afraid of losing something, nurture it gently. Hold it in your palm as if it were a fragile creature. If you squeeze too tight, you could scare, or even crush it. If you’re gentle, keep your palm slightly open, you can begin to develop a more trusting situation. Only then does affinity become possible.
Your Card: The Chariot
There is a famous poem by Robert Frost entitled, “The Road Not Taken”. This composition is one with which you may identify closely, now. There are two paths directly ahead of you, Libra, but you may have been fretting and sweating over “which one?” This week, you realize where you are finally headed and it will be green light, GO!
Your Card: 9 of Wands
You may want to stop everything you’re doing and think a minute, Scorpio. Is the direction that you are headed in really adding to the end game, or is this just a means to an end? Before you take on anymore responsibility, take a look at where you are and where you’re going before it’s too late to turn around.
Your Card: The Magician
Get up off of your a** and make it happen this week, Sag. You’ve been lolligagging and maybe even feeling bad for yourself, but that is all about to change. That is, if you put the effort in. This is your chance to put a positive spin on your life. Take what you got and make it work! You have all the tools you need.
Your Card: Ace of Swords
The truth hurts sometimes and you are just about ready to deliver some of those hard truths this week. While you may actually be quite eager to give someone a piece of your mind, it would be wise to utilize tact. Don’t go off the rails and you’ll keep yourself protected from any unwelcome backlash.
Your Card: 7 of Pentacles
Aquarius, you’re feeling impatient and getting tired of playing the waiting game. You are ready to jump back into something, but you find you have little to no control over this matter. Take it as it comes. Otherwise, for now, all you can do is observe and nourish the seeds you’ve planted. You will be back in action soon, but not before a period of growth takes place.
Your Card: 8 of Swords
You don’t want to see anyone, you don’t want to know anyone—this is a week for you, sweatpants, and binge-worthy television. Pisces, you just want to get away from it all. While secluding yourself may seem like a good idea at first, it will likely only lead to more worry and anxiety. You know what happens when you are alone with your thoughts for too long. Rather than pushing everything away, try to use alone time more constructively. Take a yoga class or take yourself out to lunch. This way, you can still satisfy your need for me-time, but without digging yourself into a pit of despair.
Your Card: Death
Aries, not only are you are on the precipice of some major changes, but you are welcoming them with open arms. These changes signify a victory, in a sense. You may not have been directly competing with someone, but something was standing in your way or holding you back. While there are still a few obstacles to get past, your path will soon be cleared. A wave of calm and greater balance will soon be achieved.
Your Card: 3 of Pentacles
Taurus, the Three of Pentacles deals with contracts, collaboration and making things official. There is something to be presented and negotiated. The only thing you have to figure out now is your strategy. What are you willing to compromise on? Are you willing to compromise? Any collaboration is a team effort and a two-way street. Address confusion, be clear about what you want and you’ll likely receive a clear response in return.
Your Card: 9 of Cups
You’re feeling like all that and a bag of chips! Having gathered the strength to move on from a situation that wasn’t serving you, now things seem like they’re beginning to fall into place again. You’re feeling extra proud of yourself right now and you want others to notice. This will feed your ego and bring you momentary satisfaction, but recognition won’t be the thing to fulfill you. The only way to fill up on the inside is to focus on the people and things that bring true joy, happiness and love to your life. Center your world around those things rather than retribution, then you may relish in true bliss.
Your Card: 7 of Wands
You’ve been getting more and more noticed recently, Cancer. It seems like everyone is trying to get a piece of you in one way or another. You don’t have to give up a part of yourself in order to please others, though. Tackle each matter one by one. Decide which affair is most important to you and deal with that first, as it will give you the peace of mind you need in order to then take care of all other issues with ease.
Your Card: Knight of Wands
Passion rushes in after a particularly long and difficult time, dear Leo. You are geared up, pumped up and ready to go! You have this fire burning within, but is something preventing you from taking action? In this instance, it would be wise to “look before you leap.” The KoW energy is that of rushing in and rushing out. This is not a time for rash decisions, but for a well thought-out game plan. Let the spark ignite and initiate an action, but do not sabotage all of the hard work you’ve done in order to get to this point with thoughtless and scattered energy.
Your Card: King of Swords
You are driving yourself crazy, Virgo. There are a million “what if’s” but none of them matter if you never make a decision or choose a path to go down. Stop overthinking and overanalyzing and trust yourself to make the best decision possible. Nothing is set in stone and worse comes to worse you can always make adjustments later on. Don’t feel like you are alone—your guides are with you to help you see, understand and support you.
