We’re not quite sure what would give us more a thrill, getting a shoutout from DJ Khaled, attending a Beyoncé and Jay Z concert, or receiving a major scholarship. For 17-year-old Isaac Guerrero from San Diego, California he was lucky enough to experience all three.

The power couple have been announcing recipients of their scholarship provided by the BeyGOOD and the Shawn Carter Foundation during their OTR II tour. This past weekend Isaac was one of them. The senior at San Diego High School, who’s been a member of Boys & Girls Club since he was 14, was surprised by DJ Khaled. The producer and artist called out his name at the San Diego concert date and the moment was magical. You can see the moment of anticipation by the entire group representing the Boys & Girls Club. One of them would be lucky recipient. But according to 10News, he didn’t even know he was nominated. Check out the special moment below.

The scholarship is awarded to “exceptional” high school seniors with financial needs. Isaac, who’s held the positions of Keystone Club Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Boys & Girls Club, is praised by Ricardo Sandoval, the branch manager.

“His actions speak louder than words,” Ricardo told 10News. “He’s the epitome of what Boys & Girls Clubs stand for.” According to the news channel, Isaac “spearheaded beautification projects, volunteered at a food pantry and raised funds to attend a national Boys & Girls conference in Atlanta where he was the Youth of the Year in 2016.”

“Words cannot describe it,” Isaac told 10News. “I thank Jay-Z and Beyonce from the bottom of my heart. They’re going to make my dream come true.”

Some of those dreams include studying graphic design and illustration at San Diego State University or the University of Washington’s School of Art and Design, and/or perhaps attending New York University and being a comic book artist.

We have no doubt Isaac’s dreams will certainly come true. Congratulations!
