Crystal Reyes is a Chicanx essayist & poet native to Houston and works as an educator. She is a graduate candidate at Bay Path University, working on her MFA in Creative Nonfiction, and an alumni and TA with Community Literature Initiative. Her debut poetry collection, Wildflower Blooming has made headway as one of the top 100 Hispanic American poetry books released in 2024. Her essays and flash nonfiction have been featured in Entre Magazine, Text Power Telling, Poets Choice & other literary magazines and anthologies.
