Fresh Strawberries and Brownie Santa Hat Mini Bites

Many memories are made, literally made when I can make recipes with the kids that will be easy and fun. I found this cute mini dessert idea on Pinterest and knew it would dress up our desserts table for the holidays.

You can make the brownies ahead of time, either by scratch (recipe here), or using your favorite brownie mix. Once your brownies have cooled, use a small round cookie cutter for the base.

Depending on your taste you can use fresh whipped cream, Cool Whip, or Whipped Cream Topping. My kids always choose the Whipped Cream Topping. They like to sneak a squirt here and there. Really, we all did it.

Place a dab of whip cream on the top of the strawberry. Once you have assembled all of your Santa Bites, chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
