Celebs were dressed to the nines last night at the 2019 Premio Lo Nuestro award show in Miami. From Thalia to Amara La Negra, our favorite Latino stars did not hold back on the red carpet at the American Airlines Arena. The music award show, which celebrates the very best in Latino music, had all the makings of glamours night thanks to a few outstanding artists that brought the heat.

The male stars held their own too. J Balvin, Daddy Yankee, and Alejandro Fernandez steamed up the night as well. For a second there we forgot the night was about Premio Lo Nuestro and not about the fashion. We suppose it was a little of both. A huge reason we love tuning in to Premio Lo Nuestro each year is because Latino stars rock this red carpet more than any other award show — their true sense of fashion shines brighter here and we love it!

Without further ado, here are our favorite looks from last night’s show.

Premio numero uno: Amara La Negra

We have never seen Amara look this stunning before. Her dress and hairdo was a throwback to the Golden Era of Hollywood. So much glam! We love the color of the dress, the flower, and the pattern — it feels old school while also feeling modern.

Natti Natasha

The most nominated artist of the night, Dominican singer Natti Natasha looked incredible in this shimmering gold gown.

J. Balvin

Cold-hearted snake? No way! The 33-year-old Colombian rapper dressed in full green looking like money. And you can’t blame him; he did, after all, take home Artist Of The Year.

Thalia

We were so happy to see veteran performer Thalia looking stunning on the red carpet and performing at Premio Lo Nuestro too! She can still bring it!

Alejandra Espinoza

Former beauty queen (Nuestra Belleza Latina) Alejandra Espinoza is a silver queen in this glittery Michael Costello-designed dress.

Alejandro Sanz

Alejandro Sanz is a silver fox! We love that he’s so casual and paired this suit with tennis shoes. At this point, this class act doesn’t have anything to prove. He’s got it, and there’s no denying it.

Clarissa Molina

This dress is probably one of our favorite looks of the night. The former Miss Universe looked amazing in this metallic, sharp, gown. It’s so slick yet moves in all the right places.
