- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons finely minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 12 cilantro sprigs, chopped finely
- Whisk together and serve. -Delish!
This sauce is amazing to use as a marinade for meats, seafood, wraps, or vegetables. I have used it with tempura fried vegetables and as a salad dressing too.
