When one Bronx superstar honors another Bronx superstar expect to see fireworks and feel a thrill of a lifetime. That pretty much explains what it was like for Cardi B to see Jennifer Lopez pay tribute to the new Bronx badass. The moment came on Saturday night at the Calibash 2018 concert in Los Angeles at the Staples Center when Jennifer too the stage and did a dance melody into to her song ”Quiero Dinero.”
The dance melody remix featured a snippet of Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” and Cardi’s “Bodak Yellow.” Check the awesomeness below…
Cardi B had the best reaction to seeing J.Lo dance to her song. On Instagram she wrote: “This is a Bronx girl dream :’)I just can’t believe I.T ❤️❤️❤️ The mother @jlo.”
Cardi was also at Calibash and performed alongside Ozuna to the tune “La Modelo.”
The concert also included more Latino stars such as Gente de Zona, Wisin, Yandel, and Bad Bunny. But clearly Jennifer was the star of the night.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Jennifer’s set list included “Jenny From the Block,” “Ni Tú Ni Yo,” “Amor, Amor, Amor.”
J.Lo also captured the big night on her Instagram by giving a shoutout to her boo, Alex Rodrguez.
“Favorite part of my night last night…first face I see coming off stage ❤️❤️❤️ #amoramoramor,” J.Lo said.
