Researchers, parents and doctors have spent decades trying to understand autism, one of the fastest growing developmental disorders in the United States. It is safe to say that almost everyone will know someone with Autism or know someone affected by Autism in their lifetime. It’s been difficult to find treatments that work and the treatments that have been effective often take years to show dividends. This is what I saw when I created the Wellness Institute of Neurodevelopment (WIN). As a doctor and a mother, I just decided I was going to do something about it and create a clinic that specializing in tackling many of the most difficult aspects of treating children with Autism.
