Your Weekly Tarotscope for April 14 – April 20, 2019 Revealed
Theme of the Week: 6 of Pentacles This week’s theme is all about give or take
Theme of the Week: 6 of Pentacles
This week’s theme is all about give or take. It’s about specifically determining what or who to focus your efforts on. Where will you receive the most pay-off in the long run for your investment? You may believe playing it safe and trying to invest equally will give you the best chances at a good ROI. But spreading yourself too thin will likely end up leaving you with nothing. It would be wiser to choose and focus your efforts. The best path for you right now is one of fairness and accountability. Don’t let your eyes deceive you — one of your options may have much more to offer than you realize.

Aries
Your Card: 10 of Pentacles
Growth is happening for you Aries, which is great! But, with that, it can also seem a little overwhelming at times. When you think about your to-do list, responsibilities, obligations, bills, personal issues, it gets tempting to drop everything for a minute and say F-it! That’s exactly what you could be doing this week. Take all of that stuff and put it in a box this week. Lock it up and tuck away the key for later (because, yea, you still need that) and instead of driving yourself crazy focusing on all the outside stuff, take a little care of the inside stuff.

Taurus
Your Card: 9 of Pentacles
The 9 of Pentacles is here to show you that you have everything you need, Taurus. Stop worrying about that ONE thing that you want but don’t have. It’s good to have something to aspire to. Without goals, life wouldn’t be as fulfilling. We tend to get into this mindset of “If I only had ___ I would be happy.” This is a poverty mindset and you have one hundred percent power to change it. Try shifting your attitude into an abundance mindset. Open your eyes to what you are grateful for that IS in your life and why you are thankful for it. You must actually believe it, not just say it. Then, watch your world change dramatically.

Gemini
Your Card: 4 of Pentacles
You’re being really bull-headed now, Gemini. You might be annoyed, rather, irked about what is happening in your world now. This is making you put up a major front. But, underneath all of that irritation, lies concern. Concern that you might not be or haven’t been good enough. Concern that you don’t have what it takes. Major self-doubt and insecurity are creeping in and your only defense is to look hard on the outside, like a little crab. This attitude does not wear well on you. If you would like to continue on, you will only push yourself further away from that which you feel “unworthy” of. But, then again, do you really want to continue to pursue something that only seems to bring out all of your anxieties?

Cancer
Your Card: 9 of Swords
Usually, the 9 of Swords is a scary card for people when it comes out. But, just like all of the cards, there are a plethora of meanings that can be attributed to it. This week, it looks as if there is some anxiety about a situation. A very “will it, won’t it” situation happening. You also look set to have quite a few late nights. Whether these are late nights of fun or sitting in bed contemplating your situation, will actually be up to you. If whatever you are going through is taking up too much space in your head, it’s time to dump it on the dance floor or slumber party with friends. If you’re going to be awake anyway, might as well enjoy yourself.

Leo
Your Card: The Star
Leo, you have your sights set on the future this week. You’re focused on hopes, dreams, and contemplations of how things might unfold if you can make it happen. You want to invest in something for the long-term, but perhaps you’re afraid to put all of your eggs in one basket, or what you really want to pursue for the long-term seems out of reach for you in some way. Consider sprinkling some investment in other places. Leo, if you know what you want, you have to take that leap of faith. There is no half-assing towards your future unless you want a half-assed future. If you’re not fully invested yourself, how can you expect anything or anyone to be fully invested in you?

Virgo
Your Card: Queen of Cups
It’s all about you, Virgo. What do you want? What do you need? You could find yourself attracted to people, places, and things that don’t align with what is best for you at this point in your life. Or, you could be misplacing those things into the wrong categories. Perhaps you’ve met an awesome person that is cute and funny, but your life goals aren’t really on par. That person should be going in the friend box, not the lover or potential boyfriend/girlfriend box — no matter how cute they are. Feel me? Take some time to sort these things out this week and you could find life becoming much more clear and easy to navigate.

Libra
Your Card: The Fool
You are walking on cloud nine, Libra. Throwing caution to the wind and living life like a vacation is your mode this week. You are ready for sand, sun, and summer fun! Although plans don’t look to be any real part of this island fantasy, you will soon realize that you have all the necessary tools to make these pina colada dreams happen. Don’t get it twisted by thinking there is no way you can make this work. You don’t need over-the-top. You can still fulfill your jonesing for a sunny adventure without going international. Reminder: it is festival season!

Scorpio
Your Card: 4 of Cups
Pout all you will, Scorpio, it does not mean you will get your way. You have something good in front of you, but right now everything else looks better. Think of this like when you were little, your mom was making these great, home-cooked meals, but you just sat there with a puss on your face because you really wanted McDonald’s chicken nuggets. As you’ve grown older and gotten out on your own, you now appreciate those home cooked meals and will take that any day over a Micky D’s value meal! You are in that same immature space now. Eventually, you will realize what you had in front of you. You might lose it by then, but you will have at least grown enough of an appreciation to recognize it next time.

Sagittarius
Your Card: The Empress
Sag, you are not that impressed. You are looking and, in a sense, judging others’ situations telling yourself: “I can do anything you can do better.” So, why don’t you? Why haven’t you? It’s easy to sit on your high horse, point, and laugh or rip people apart for their shortcomings. But, at least they’re trying. I know I am being a little harsh on you. You likely aren’t being THAT bad. But, you get the idea. For the most part, wherever someone is in life or within a situation, chances are we’ve all been there before. Those people deserve a little more empathy because they are just trying to make it and doing their best, just like you and I. On the inside, you do have the understanding and empathy, but I’m feeling that these harsh judgments are stemming from jealousy that’s more than just tough nature. It might be time to dig deeper into that.

Capricorn
Your Card: Judgement
Capricorn, no one can give you all the answers. If you believe in angels and spirit guides, the best thing you can do now is pay attention to your surroundings, synchronicities, and signs. That is the closest you’ll get to a definitive yes or no, stop or go. In the end, it is you who makes the decisions and you who has to live with them. There is also a spiritual theory that says you are essentially “doomed” to repeating the same mistakes in life until you learn from them and finally move forward. This may be a time where that is happening. Some scenario is replaying in your life that seems eerily familiar. Take what you’ve learned from your past to get through it once and for all.

Aquarius
Your Card: The Emperor
Why are people so insubordinate, Aqua? Why don’t they listen to what you say and just do it? You know what you are talking about! You sometimes have a habit of ruling with an iron fist, and not everyone responds well to this kind of command. It makes some feel like they aren’t being heard, or their thoughts and opinions don’t matter. While you feel you simply know what is best, it gives off an air of arrogance and sometimes, self-servitude. It can be hard for others to tell what your true motives and intentions are. Being so logical and aloof at times, this question completely eludes you. That is why I am here! To tell you that you may want to soften your approach. Just a smidge. Although it is not quite this dramatic, it reminds me of the age-old question: “Would you rather everyone love you or fear you?”

Pisces
Your Card: The Tower
Do you guys remember the Mariah Carey song, “Breakdown?” Because that literally just popped into my head looking at this card. The lyrics to this song pretty accurately depict The Tower, but that doesn’t mean it is all about love this week. I’m hearing that you have been trying to climb a mountain and get to the top to plant your flag, but it’s like you’ve finally gotten to a major height, and realized you’ve been hiking up the wrong mountain. So, do you keep climbing the wrong mountain, get to the top, yet still feel a sense of failure? (You’re not, btw.) Or, do you sacrifice everything you’ve done up until this point to get all the way down from the wrong place and start over from the beginning at the right one? Hint: While it might be a whole hell-of-a-lot of extra work, the view from the top of the right one will be that much sweeter.
