Chef Susie Packing for the Reservoir Adventure

On the trip to Moab we soaked up the natural beauty of desert landscape, explored with the pups on long hikes, and retreated to the trailer for a hearty meal and campfire for recharging.

Next up: Colorado! Since we are heading to the Blue Mesa Reservoir, Telluride, and Silverton we are adding some thoughtful items to our packing list to entertain the pups, provide a little extra comfort, and spice up our smoothies. The printable Moab packing list article can be found here.

On this trip we are heading to a place that has many recreation area for paddle boarding, fishing, and playing in the water. Doug is packing his paddle board, new floats, and fetch toys for the pups.

After every trip on our drive home, we reminisce and think about what went well and what can improve upon for the next trip so we can start getting our lists together. On the last trip we discovered we needed desert camp chairs, which are chairs with a canopy to provide additional shade when it is hot.
