Latinos are happy people. It’s a serious statement that is proven to be true. Our genetic makeup is just happier than most. So, it makes complete sense that six out of ten countries in the world happen to be in Latin America.

According to the Happy Planet Index — which “measures what matters” including “sustainable wellbeing for all” and reports how well nations are doing at achieving long, happy, sustainable lives. Because as they state “Wealthy Western countries, often seen as the standard of success, do not rank highly on the Happy Planet Index.”

Out of ten countries that measured high on their Happy Planet Index, six of those are countries in Latin America. So, without further ado, here they are.
