Miss Universe Fátima Bosch Gets Her Own Dr. Simi Doll

Fátima Bosch now has her own Dr. Simi doll!

Since winning Miss Universe last November, Mexican beauty queen Fátima Bosch has been making waves. She made history in 2025 as the fourth Mexican woman to win Miss Universe, and over the past year, she’s traveled the world, advocated for women, and represented Mexicanas everywhere.

Now, Dr. Simi is celebrating her impact ahead of the next Miss Universe competition by gifting Bosch her own Dr. Simi doll.

On Thursday, November 5, Bosch took to social media to share that Dr. Simi sent her a doll created in her likeness. The doll features Dr. Simi’s smile and iconic white mustache but has long black hair like Bosch’s and wears a silver crown, a Miss Universe sash, and a red-and-gold-sequined outfit similar to the one she wore when she won in 2025.

The box also features text that reads “a crown to conquer the world; a Simi to accompany you” and a quote by Bosch: “It doesn’t matter where you take off; what matters is how far you want to go.”

Bosch wrote on TikTok that receiving the doll is “the true peak of her career,” and on Instagram, she said she was “deeply honored, excited and grateful” by the gift and that it “will always have a very special place in my heart.”

“There are gifts that make you smile and others that reach deep in your heart, and this is certainly one of them… Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me a part of something so special,” she wrote. “I have always felt a huge admiration for the beautiful work that exists behind these plushies…behind every Dr. Simi, there is much more than a doll: there is noble labor, hands full of talent, stories of effort and hearts that put a little bit of themselves into each creation.”

“What a pride to be Mexican and what a privilege to be able to celebrate the talent, dedication and extraordinary hands of our country!” she added.
