- 1 large Dragon Fruit, peeled and cut up (keep slices aside for garnish)
- 1 handful blackberries or raspberries (approx 1 cup)
- 1 handful of blueberries frozen or fresh (approx 1 cup)
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or flavored if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon honey (more if you prefer sweeter)
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 10 almonds – unsalted
- Toss into the blender on high until smooth.
