Protein Dragon Fruit Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 large Dragon Fruit, peeled and cut up (keep slices aside for garnish)
  • 1 handful blackberries or raspberries (approx 1 cup)
  • 1 handful of blueberries frozen or fresh (approx 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or flavored if you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (more if you prefer sweeter)
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 10 almonds – unsalted

Directions

  1. Toss into the blender on high until smooth.
