1.Put the pepper right on an open flame. Be patient! You are waiting for the skin to blister and get good and charred black.
2. If you don’t have open flame, you can roast at very high temperature in your oven.
3. Once roasted, put in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. This allows the pepper to sweat and makes peeling easier.
