Second Woman Claims Brett Kavanaugh Sexually Assaulted Her At Yale
Brett Kavanaugh — President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee — is facing another allegation of sexual misconduct
Brett Kavanaugh — President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee — is facing another allegation of sexual misconduct. Yesterday, the New Yorker published a report that claims Deborah Ramirez has come forward to say that Kavanaugh was sexually inappropriate with her during their time at Yale University.
Ramirez, who is now 53 years-old, attended Yale with Kavanaugh and alleges that he was sexually inappropriate with her during a party. She claims that the two were at a party — not together — but with a group of people. In her recollection she says they were playing a drinking game, and she was often the one told to drink. She alleges that while at some point, someone brought out a fake penis and pointed toward her direction, later on Kavanaugh exposed himself.
“I remember a penis being in front of my face,” she said to the New Yorker. “I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.”
Here’s more from the New Yorker: “She recalled remarking, ‘That’s not a real penis,’ and the other students laughing at her confusion and taunting her, one encouraging her to ‘kiss it.’ She said that she pushed the person away, touching it in the process. Ramirez, who was raised a devout Catholic, in Connecticut, said that she was shaken. ‘I wasn’t going to touch a penis until I was married,’ she said. ‘I was embarrassed and ashamed and humiliated.’ She remembers Kavanaugh standing to her right and laughing, pulling up his pants. ‘Brett was laughing,’ she said. ‘I can still see his face, and his hips coming forward, like when you pull up your pants.’ She recalled another male student shouting about the incident. ‘Somebody yelled down the hall, ‘Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie’s face,’ she said. ‘It was his full name. I don’t think it was just ‘Brett.’ And I remember hearing and being mortified that this was out there.'”
The piece also includes the interviews of classmates, and while some say Kavanaugh would not be capable of such a thing, others did say it’s possible.
In other developments surrounding Kavanaugh, The New York Daily News is reporting allegations that Kavanaugh was involved in gang rapes in high school.
“We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the early 1980s during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them,” Lawyer Michael Avenatti said in an email to Mike Davis, chief counsel for nominations for the Senate Judiciary Committee.
As the Senate continues its process of nominating Kavanaugh, his first accuser Christine Blasey Ford is scheduled to testify on Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Today, people all over the country are staging a walkout in support of Ford’s accusations against Kavanaugh.
Next: At 10:00am PT/ 1:00pm ET today, women, femmes, and allies will hold a walkout nationwide to say we #BelieveSurvivors.

It’s unclear if Ramirez will also be testifying along with Ford or if this allegation will be investigated by the FBI. The Senate Democrats, however, have been an investigation and are asking for Ford’s testimony to be delayed while they investigate Ramirez’s story.
