Tequila Bramble
The addition of coconut creamy to this blackberry and tequila cocktail makes it feel extra indulgent, and with just five ingredients, it’s easy to make as a last-minute option.
Ingredients: 2 oz tequila reposado, 1 oz lemon juice, .5 oz simple syrup, .5 oz coconut cream, 4 muddled blackberries, lemon wheels, whole blackberries

The Highland Margarita is another simple cocktail with just a handful of ingredients. It’s also an easy one to scale up and make a big batch of so you’re not mixing up individual drinks all evening.
Ingredients: 2 oz tequila reposado, 1 oz agave nectar, 1 oz lime juice, 4 oz grapefruit juice, lime wheel

Rosarita
If you want to get fancy this Galentine’s Day, the Rosarita is perfect. With elderflower liqueur, hibiscus tea and beet juice, it has an earthy, floral flavor profile.
Ingredients: 1 oz white tequila, 1 oz St~Germain liqueur, .75 oz hibiscus tea, .75 oz beet juice, .5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well, strain and serve.
Optional Salted Rose Air: Combine 4 oz water, 2 oz fresh lime juice, 1.5 teaspoons Sucro, .12 teaspoons Maldon salt, .5 tsp rose water in a large bowl. Using an immersion blender or hand mixer, mix until bubbles form. Carefully spoon on top of the drink.wp_*posts

The Ruby Rose is really similar to a margarita in composition. The main difference is that it uses grapefruit and lemon juices instead of lime, and the sweetener is flavored with vanilla. The addition of rose gives it a luxe feel.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz white tequila, 1 oz grapefruit juice, .5 oz triple sec, .5 oz lemon juice, .5 oz vanilla syrup, 2 dashes rose water

Silver Leaf Paloma
This is an upscale twist on the classic Paloma cocktail that swaps grapefruit soda for tonic water and adds grapefruit bitters for more depth of flavor.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz premium white tequila, 1 tsp light agave nectar, 2 dashes grapefruit bitters, 4 oz grapefruit-rosemary flavored tonic water

Ingredients: 1.5 oz white tequila, 1 oz lychee puree, .5 oz. rose water, .5 oz agave syrup, 2 oz sparkling wine
Directions: In a cocktail shaker with ice combine all the ingredients except sparkling wine, shake vigorously and serve in a chilled cocktail glass, top with sparkling wine.

Tribal Elder Margarita
This twist on the margarita would be perfect to make alongside the aforementioned Rosarita since they use some of the same ingredients. So now, your girls will have options and can easily mix it up.
Ingredients: 2 oz white tequila, .5 oz St-Germain, .08 oz. clarified fresh lemon juice, hibiscus tea foam (optional)
Directions: Combine the tequila, St-Germain and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a martini glass, top with the hibiscus tea foam if using.

Watermelon Lime Mashup Margarita
This watermelon lime margarita is light but packs a punch. It’s perfect if you love spiked seltzer, but want to jazz it up a bit for your Galentine’s Day celebration. Be sure to hang onto this recipe, it’s perfect for when the warm weather comes around.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz white tequila, 2 oz limeade, spiked seltzer, watermelon pieces

Raspberry Tequila Spritz
This cocktail is easy to make, but far from average thanks to the addition of lychee juice and sparkling rosé wine. The raspberries make it a pretty drink but they also add tartness which balances the acid from the lime and sweetness of the rosé.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz reposado tequila, 1 oz lychee juice (from canned lychee), .25 oz fresh lime juice, 5 raspberries, 1 pinch kosher salt, 2 oz sparkling rosé
Directions: Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a wine glass. Add ice cubes. Pour in all remaining ingredients. Top with rosé and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel and raspberry.
