Chef Susie’s Red Berries Healthy Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup of strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup pineapple cut up
  • 3 to 4 beets quartered
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

Directions

  1. Toss in all the ingredients in blender on high until smooth.
