Chef Susie’s Roadside Smoothie Recipe


 

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup of kiwi
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup packed chopped kale (stems removed)
  • 3 to 4 peeled and quartered golden beets
  • 1 green apple - quartered
  • Bunch of parsley
  • 
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and serve.
