- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 clove of fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Or you can mix and store the dressing in a mason jar. You can add anything you desire to this dressing. Everything is to taste.
This very simple citrus dressing can be used many different ways. It is one of my favorite healthy calorie saving homemade dressing. The measurements listed are not exact and I make things to taste and don’t profess to be a chef, just a lover of fresh and healthy food.
Recipe yields approximately 12 servings.
