Mom will feel so special sipping on this swanky cocktail which features rose water and ginger cordial. It’s as beautiful and complex as it is tasty, and it’s a great option for anyone who prefers their drinks to be on the less sweet side.
Ingredients: 2 oz whiskey, .75 oz lemon juicem .75 oz ginger cordial, 2 drops of rose water, handful of basil leaves

This tequila cocktail looks so sweet and pretty, but it packs a punch. Perhaps, just like your mami. It’s a twist on a classic paloma, with some added kick courtesy of a splash of poblano pepper liqueur. Yes, you read that right!
Ingredients: 1.5 oz silver tequila, .25 oz lime juice, .75 oz grapefruit juice, .5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Poblano Liqueur, .5 oz agave syrup, 1 pinch salt, 4 oz soda water
Directions: Shake the first six ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with cayenne salt and a dehydrated lime or a fresh lime wheel.wp_*posts
Prickly Pear & Agave Margarita
Just imagine being served up this gorgeous margarita! The color alone makes it feel celebratory, so it’s perfect for Mother’s Day. The addition of elderflower liqueur elevates and modernizes the classic and we love that it uses prickly pear a.k.a. nopal.
Ingredients: 1.5 parts white tequila, .25 oz elderflower liqueur such as St. Germain, 1 oz lime juice, .75 oz agave nectar, 1 oz prickly pear puree, salt

It Takes Dos To Tango
The flavor of mango speaks to our souls, so we’re pretty sure it would be hard to have just one of these brightly hued mezcal cocktails. This one calls for just a few basic ingredients and tastes like the most delicious mango margarita you’ve ever had. It makes us smile just looking at it.
Ingredients: 1 oz mezcal, 1oz mango juice, .5 oz orange liqueur, .5 oz lime juice, .25 oz agave nectar
Directions: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a large glass rimmed with salt and sugar (yes, both!).

Sparkling Rosé Spritzer
This refreshing elderflower rosé spritzer is perfect for moms who want to feel a bit fancy on Mother’s Day, but prefer to skip the booze. If you can find sparkling rosé grape juice (Welch’s makes one) that’s ideal, but if not, you can replace it with blackberry seltzer, which is available nearly everywhere.
Ingredients: 4 oz sparkling rosé juice or blackberry sparkling water, 2.5 oz lemonade, lemon slice, pear slice or edible flowers to garnish
Directions: Pour ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with your choice of lemon, pear or flowers.

Sour Apple Limeade
This sour apple limeade is another tasty, refreshing and slightly indulgent choice for teetotaling mamás. It’s spiked with sweet and sour mix and a splash of lemon-lime soda to give it some extra zing. Promise, this one will taste just like a delicious sweet/tart candy.
Ingredients: 1.5 oz sweet and sour mix, 1.5 oz limeade, 1 oz lemon-lime soda, slices of green apple for garnish
Directions: Add sweet and sour mix and limeade to a glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with apple slices.

Ruby Red
If you want to sip on something tasty and indulgent without the alcohol, try this ruby red mocktail, an ideal alternative to a paloma or the above palmilla. It has both grapefruit and lime in it, and gets a little bit of fizz from tangy sparkling grapefruit juice, and then all those tart flavors are balanced with a bit of sweetness from the syrup.
Ingredients: 1 oz grapefruit juice, .5 oz lime juice, .5 oz simple syrup, 3 ozs sparkling grapefruit juice
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime and/or grapefruit slices.
