Jennifer Lopez is 52 years old and she’s just getting started even after hitting major milestones in her career. The upcoming Netflix documentary, Halftime, is aptly titled as it offers a peek into the icon’s career and how she’s just getting started on the second half of it. Lopez, known for roles in films including Selena, Hustlers, and Marry Me performed at the Super Bowl Halftime show in 2020 and the presidential inauguration in 2021 — two major moments in a career that spans nearly 30 years. The documentary will go behind the curtains of those shows and more, while also sharing her evolution as an entertainer as well as a mother and Latina. The entertainer has twins with Marc Anthony, 14-year-old Max and Emme.

“It’s just the beginning,” JLo wrote in a caption about the documentary, which airs June 14 on Netflix.

The documentary is also opening the Tribeca Festival June 8 in New York City at the United Palace in Washington Heights in upper Manhattan. The location is significant considering it’s a few subway stops from her hometown of the Bronx. “It’s an honor to be selected for the opening night of Tribeca, and so fitting to be celebrating this critical milestone in Jennifer’s life and career just miles from where she grew up. To have the opportunity to share this film on the big screen with a New York audience is a dream come true,”  director Amanda Micheli said in a statement.
